What is ARC?

The Architecture Resource Center (ARC) creates hands-on workshops and textbooks for K–12 students that foster design thinking and creative problem-solving.

By integrating building, construction, and design activities, ARC helps children apply concepts from STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), social studies, and the arts in engaging, developmentally appropriate ways.

“It was fun because we all had jobs to do and we all worked together to make beautiful stuff.”

Programs

Programs are developed in collaboration with accredited educators and design professionals who have received awards from state and national organizations, as well as industry leaders.

“We cannot diminish the importance of a partnership between those with vision
and those with the skill to make that vision a reality.”

– Anna Sanko, ARC Founder
